We have based the further development of our decentralized product portfolio on our MOVI‑C ® modular automation system. The new MOVIMOT ® flexible field distributor enables the decentralized inverter to be installed close to the motor in your system. With MOVIMOT ® flexible, it's up to you whether you opt for a synchronous or asynchronous motor.

MOVIMOT ® flexible is now available in two versions . Unlike the MMF1. variant, the MMF3. can be equipped with additional options such as a load disconnector (with or without integrated line protection), an M12 engineering interface or keypad mounting. A key switch with feedback contact can also be integrated.

The current configuration of the decentralized inverter (size 1) can supply nominal output currents of 2.0, 2.5 and 3.2 A as well as 4.0 and 5.5 A for 0.55 – 3.0 kW performance classes (depending on motor type). Additional performance classes are in the pipeline.

Simple connection

Digital motor integration means you need just one single cable to connect MOVIMOT ® flexible to the drive. The intelligent, digital connection using a standardized hybrid cable enables you to supply power and also transmit data between the field distributor and motor. As long as the motor is equipped with the MOVILINK ® DDI digital data interface, electronic nameplate information and brake/diagnostic data are transmitted directly to the field distributor for easy startup.
